Project Focus

Construction Design Practice were commissioned to assist with aspects of the decommissioning of the Hunterston A. Magnox power station in Scotland, involved in the design and specification of civil and structural engineering works associated with the safe dismantling and handling of the Fuel Charging machine.

Our key personnel have a wealth of technical knowledge concerning the design of structures for the Petrochemical, Process and Nuclear Industries.

Construction Design Practice Ltd are capable of designing structures to withstand extreme environmental conditions and safety related cases, and have undertaken work on several high profile sites on both new projects and decommissioning.

We are able to undertake dynamic analyses of structures and the ground, using various analytical techniques including Finite Element methods.
