Construction Design Practice Ltd is a firmly established engineering consultancy, engaged in the Design and Project Management of all forms of buildings, structures and infrastructure works.

Our principal office is located in the North West of England, well served by transport links, enabling us to work efficiently throughout the UK and internationally.

We pride ourselves on the technical ability of our staff, which combines to offer a considerable wealth of experience in construction-related projects.

Our key personnel have a track record in the UK construction industry with extensive experience relating to projects within the industrial and commercial sectors as well as transport, water and wastewater, petrochemical and process environments.

We can offer a single-contract solution for most projects, whereby we would engage the services of specialist disciplines, to complement our in-house resource teams, whose principal expertise is in Structural and Civil Engineering design and detail, as well as Project Management functions and Architectural design.

For multi-discipline projects we try to work on the basis of "assembling the right team" whereby any specialist design disciplines, including Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Design are brought in, on a sub-consultant basis, to supply appropriately qualified and experienced personnel - providing a complete package where required.
